Rental Terms

TillSense Rental Terms & Conditions

1. Rental Period

The rental period begins once the equipment is received by the customer and ends when it is returned to TillSense.

2. Deposit

A refundable deposit is required for all rentals. The deposit is refunded once the item is returned in good condition.

3. Payment

Rental fees must be paid upfront for the selected period. Monthly rentals are billed every 30 days.

4. Equipment Care

The customer is responsible for the equipment during the rental period. Damage, loss, theft, or misuse may result in partial or full forfeiture of the deposit

5. Technical Support

TillSense offers remote support for basic troubleshooting. On-site support may carry additional fees.

6. Delivery & Collection

Delivery fees may apply depending on the location. Customers may also choose to collect from TillSense.

7. Cancellations

Daily and weekly rentals are non-refundable once equipment is dispatched. Monthly rentals may be cancelled anytime but partial refunds are not provided.

8. Return of Equipment

Equipment must be returned on the agreed date. Late returns may incur additional daily or weekly fees.

9. Ownership

All rental equipment remains the property of TillSense (Pty) Ltd at all times.

10. Liability

TillSense is not responsible for data loss, business interruption, or incorrect use of devices.
