3. Pricing

​​R1250/month (2-year term) or R1450/month (1-year term) Choose a 1-year or 2-year term. No large deposit on hardware, no separate license fees to track. The 2-year term offers a lower monthly rate for the longer commitment.​​

1. Tell us about your business. We'll confirm you qualify for the plan.
2. Choose your term. 1 year or 2 years, whichever suits your business.
3. We install everything. Terminal, printer, cash drawer, software, all set up onsite.
4. You pay one monthly amount. Support, software, and hardware, all covered.
5. You grow, we adjust. Add a second till or upgrade hardware as your business grows.​​​
4. Eligibility

To keep this plan accessible and fair, we ask for either a small deposit or proof of trading history (3+ months). This helps us offer no-large-upfront-cost pricing to genuine growing businesses.​​​
5. FAQ (Accordion)

1. What happens to the hardware at the end of the contract?
The hardware remains the property of TillSense throughout the plan. When your contract ends, you can choose to extend and keep using your system, or return the hardware to us. If you extend, you'll also have the option to buy your system outright at a flat, upfront-disclosed price at any point after that.​​​
​
2. Can I choose between a 1-year and 2-year term?
Yes. Both terms include the same hardware, software, and support. The 2-year term is R1250/month, and the 1-year term is R1450/month, ask us which suits your budget best.

3. Can I end the contract early?
Early termination is possible, subject to an early termination fee. Contact us to discuss your situation.

4. Can I upgrade during the contract?
Yes. As your business grows, we can help you add a second terminal or move to a higher plan. Reach out via WhatsApp to discuss.

5. Is support included?
Yes, TillSense Business support is included for the life of the contract. Need faster response times? Ask about our Premium tier.

6. What if I want to buy the hardware outright instead?
We also sell hardware outright with once-off support plans. Message us on WhatsApp and we'll walk you through both options.
